Visiting Our Office
Update: Effective May 24, 2021 vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a face mask in our office.
Not fully vaccinated? As per NYS Public Health Law, you are still required to wear a mask or facial covering when in a public place, such as when visiting the Credit Union.
Effective Monday, June 15, 2020, the credit union lobby is open. A face mask is required for access to the lobby to better protect staff and you, our members. Please limit your party to no more than two individuals. We are continually reassessing our plans on the latest guidance of our local and state health department.
We recommend that you make an appointment for loan closings and new account openings. If you require other services that need immediate attention, please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Despite concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that our team is prepared and confident in our ability to help you maintain your financial well-being, allowing you to focus on keeping yourself and your family healthy.
Please remember that we also have a variety of ways for you to access your funds without an in-person visit. If you have not used our online banking Virtual Branch or services like direct deposit of your payroll or Bill Pay, please call us at 585-247-1090 so that we can assist in making access to your funds easier and more convenient.You can also call our 24-hour telephone teller at 1-855-898-8446.
Loan payments and deposits may be securely dropped off at our office in the night deposit box, conveniently located outside our main entrance. We will continue to process all items placed in the drop box before 4:00 pm throughout the day. Please indicate on the envelope if you would like a receipt mailed to you.
Our drive-thru ATM is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We realize that some of our members may be experiencing employment related slowdowns or temporary closures that affect payroll deposits. We are offering a Skip A Pay opportunity to qualified members to help relieve your budgeting concerns. Simply download an application and return it to the credit union before your due date arrives.
Economic Impact Payments
Resources are available at the new IRS website to help you receive payments from the Treasury Department, including the set up of direct deposit for non-filers and tracking when you will be eligible receive your payment.
