- Make sure that the credit union has your most current contact information. If you have moved or changed your telephone number or email address please contact us to update your records.
- Keep your passwords in a safe location.
- Don’t share your personal information. The Gates Chili Credit Union will never ask you to confirm account information via an email link or text message.
- If you believe that you have been a victim of fraud, contact our office immediately so that we can help monitor your accounts for suspicious activity.

Mastercard Debit/ATM Card
We use fraud prevention tools to monitor your card activity in real-time. If we detect suspicious activity, we will call to confirm that your card is in your possession and that you are the person using it. We may block your card if we are aware of a significant threat.
It is important that we have your most current contact information.
To report a card lost or stolen ATM or Debit card, please call 1-800-554-8969.
Gates Chili FCU Visa Card
We monitor your account 24/7 to detect suspicious card activity. Our fraud detection solution looks for patterns outside of your normal account activity and may call you to confirm unusual transaction activity.
Let us know if you’ll be traveling. Contact us before you go and we’ll make note of it in our records.
